Reporting Accidents at ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿
We ask anyone who is injured in an accident while on the campus of ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ to report the incident to the Human Resources office by completing this and submitting it to hr@emu.edu
