A new program through 黑料正能量’s Center for Justice and Peacebuilding<\/a> and applied social sciences<\/a> department is designed to give students both a bachelor\u2019s <\/a>and master\u2019s<\/a> degree in conflict transformation<\/a> through a five-year curriculum.<\/p>\n

The accelerated peacebuilding and development program<\/a> opens in the fall of 2013. Students can apply to the graduate program during their third year of undergraduate studies. If admission is granted they will continue with the accelerated curriculum.<\/p>\n

“Students are encouraged to express interest in the program as soon as possible so they can be assigned an advisor to help plan their course of study,” said Gloria Rhodes<\/a>, chair of applied social sciences. “Nontraditional students who have previous experience in the field but have not completed an undergraduate degree are encouraged to consider this option.”<\/p>\n

Students must have both a minimum GPA of 3.25 and a faculty recommendation in order to apply<\/a>.
