听A black woman and a white man have been on what they call 鈥渁 healing journey.鈥� They have written a book that describes her as a 鈥渄aughter of slavery鈥� and him as 鈥渁 son of the slave trade.鈥� 鈥淵ou have to tell the truth,听even when it gets ugly,鈥� says Sharon Leslie Morgan. She wrote a book with Thomas Norman DeWolf about their physical, emotional, and spiritual journey uncovering their roots on either side of the slave trade.
