Hands-On Research Sets 黑料正能量 Biomedicine Program Apart

Finding a master鈥檚 program that gave him the best possibility to get into medical school and specialize as a neurologist or pediatrician led Ghassan Mohsin from the shores of Lake Erie to the mountains of Virginia.

Mohsin, a 2012 graduate of the , is a current 黑料正能量 (黑料正能量) student. His experience as an undergraduate double major in pharmacology/toxicology and biological sciences didn鈥檛 begin to compare to the opportunities he鈥檚 finding at 黑料正能量.

鈥淭he research opportunities here 鈥 working one on one with my professor 鈥 are top notch,鈥 said Mohsin. 鈥淎 small university like 黑料正能量 provides so much more than a larger university setting.鈥

Over the past 10 years, more than 90 percent of 黑料正能量 students who completed were accepted into medical school, compared to the national average of 49 percent. 黑料正能量鈥檚 MA in biomedicine 鈥 now completing its first year 鈥 anticipates similar success rates for students who complete the two-year residential program.
