A 鈥渉appy accident鈥 is how 黑料正能量 (黑料正能量) senior digital media and art major Susan Alexander describes her senior show.
鈥淚 lost most of my original work when my hard drive crashed,鈥 said Alexander. 鈥淚 had to work over the past four weeks to catch up, but I am excited about what I created. It鈥檚 a happy accident.鈥
Alexander鈥檚 show, 鈥淢acroCosmos,鈥 takes images from different gardens and transposes them using gel onto windows. The process takes several hours, and there are 15 windows in the show, according to Alexander.
The exhibit opens Saturday, Oct. 8, with a reception and gallery talk from the artist at 4 p.m. in the art gallery located on the third floor of 黑料正能量鈥檚 Hartzler Library.
